Pricing

All goods offered for sale through our website are priced inclusive of VAT at 20%. VAT is not payable on orders taken from and delivered outside the EU (European Union). Anyone placing an order outside of the EU please contact prior to ordering to confirm the price.

Customs & import duties are not included. The customer is responsible for payment of any surcharges.

We accept payment by  the following credit/debit cards: VISA, VISA Delta or Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and American Express.

Prices do not include postage and packing which will be charged as an additional cost on all orders as applicable (free delivery on all worldwide orders above the value of £1000 and UK mainland orders over £200). All orders placed will receive a confirmation e-mail of the transaction. However, if we are unable to fulfil the order due to items being out of stock we will notify you by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours and the transaction will be cancelled.


Delivery

All orders will normally be despatched within 3 working days.

If any delay occurs you will be notified immediately. You will be given the option to arrange a convenient delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund.

If you do not receive notice of a delay in despatch, please advice us if you do not receive your item(s) within 7 days of placing your order so that we can trace the parcel.

Please note that all delivery charges are shown on your order form.

All orders over £200 delivered to the UK mainland are free of delivery charge.

All worldwide orders over £1000 are free of delivery charge.


Returns

Customer satisfaction is of great importance to us and we will endeavour to ensure you are happy with your purchase. All orders are carefully checked before despatch. Very rarely, stock is found to be damaged, defective or unacceptable and we will make every effort to rectify the situation. Any item that does not pass our stringent quality control will not be despatched and you will be advised immediately. In the event that a replacement cannot be secured you will be entitled to a full refund.

If the goods are damaged in-transit or faulty, please notify us within 10 days of receiving them. Keep all the packaging material; we will arrange to have the item returned at our expense. You will be given the option to have the product replaced at no charge to you on a convenient date or to have a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Goods that are not acceptable for any other reason may be returned within 10 days for a refund but you must contact us first for authorisation. Goods returned which are not defective or faulty will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Law and Jurisdiction

The contract shall be deemed to be made in England. All Contracts made between Randers Gallery and the Customer shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute arising therein shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the English courts.
